This limited-time offer is available to businesses that sign a Business Agreement (PKS) between 1 February and 31 March 2026 and complete the required verification process.

Terms and Conditions

Fee Subsidy Eligibility

  1. Sign the Business Agreement (PKS) between 1 February and 31 March 2026. Fee subsidies apply only to transactions processed under Pivot’s standard pricing for eligible product types. If not all product types use standard pricing, the subsidy will apply solely to those processed under standard pricing.
  2. Must complete business verification (KYB). Clients may sign the agreement first; however, full verification is required before transacting.
  3. Officially registered in Indonesia.
  4. Must not be receiving any other Pivot promotions at the same time.
  5. Must not have previously participated in the same ScaleUp Program.

Fee Subsidy Allocation

Under the ScaleUp 2.0 Program, clients are eligible for transaction fee subsidies based on a Cashback with Cap model.

The total fee subsidy per client varies depending on the PKS signing period:

  • 1–28 February 2026: Up to Rp 1,500,000,000
  • 1–31 March 2026:  Rp 1,000,000,000

The following tables detail the applicable standard transaction fees, subsidy amounts, and per-product subsidy limits.

The following table lists both eligible and non-eligible transaction types for the program.

Only eligible transactions that will be considered for fee subsidy calculation. Pivot reserves the right to classify any other transaction types introduced in the future as either eligible or non-eligible for this ScaleUp Program. Any changes to this categorization will be communicated in advance to the participating clients.

Fee Subsidy Calculation and Disbursement

  1. Fee subsidy is issued in the form of cashback and disbursed monthly based on eligible and settled transactions, with the calculation period running from the first to the last day of each calendar month.
  2. Cashback will be disbursed no later than ten (10) business days after the close of each calendar month to the client’s Pivot balance as a “Balance Adjustment” or “Cashback” transaction type. 
    1. Payment fee subsidy → Payment Balance
    2. Payout fee subsidy → Payout Balance
  3. A monthly program report will be sent via email no later than ten (10) business days after the close of each calendar month, detailing the overall transaction summary, eligible transactions for fee subsidy, fee subsidy earned, cashback disbursement report, remaining fee subsidy and validity period. 

Program Validity Period

  1. Fee subsidy is valid for one (1) year starting from the program start date. The program start date is stated in the PKS, the first day of the month after the month of the effective date, and is non-negotiable. 
  2. Any unused fee subsidy will expire once the 1-year validity period ends.
  3. The validity period may also end earlier if the client has reached the fee subsidy limit for all product types before the conclusion of the one (1) year validity period.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  1. This program cannot be combined with any other promotions, whether ongoing or future offers from Pivot.
  2. The fee subsidy cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of benefit.
  3. Pivot reserves the right to revoke participation in the program and reclaim any previously disbursed fee subsidies if any of the following are detected:
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Suspicious activity
    • Violation of legal provisions, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF) regulations.
  4. All decisions made by Pivot regarding this program are final and non-negotiable.
