Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for the ScaleUp Program, participants must:
   1. Sign a Business Agreement (PKS) between 1 September and 31 December 2025, with transactions on Pivot’s standard pricing
   2. Complete business verification
   3. Be an officially registered business in Indonesia
   4. Not be receiving any other Pivot promotions at the same time
   5. Not have previously joined the ScaleUp Program
2. Fee subsidy is provided in the form of cashback, disbursed monthly based on eligible transactions.
3. The program is valid for one (1) year from the program start date as stated in the agreement. Any unused fee subsidy will automatically expire at the end of the validity period.
4. This program cannot be combined with any other promotions, whether ongoing or future offers from Pivot.
5. The fee subsidy cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of benefit.
6. Pivot reserves the right to revoke participation in the program and reclaim any previously disbursed fee subsidies if any of the following are detected:
   1. Fraudulent activity
   2. Suspicious activity
   3. Violation of legal provisions, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF) regulations.
7. All decisions made by Pivot regarding this program are final and non-negotiable.
